Pieter & Annuska

We live on the country side in Sweden and we share with you the life we live. Annuska never has a dull moment and is always full of ideas that Pieter often has to participate in. With gardening, sailing, knitting, weaving, our labrador Milou, work and beekeeping, Annuska is a very busy bee. Pieter cannot sit still either. The garage is his domain. Here he works on all kind of projects, wether or not initiated by Annuska. He is very busy with renovating the boat we have as well. So join us in our adventures. Have fun reading. Read about us on our homepage as well.

I love autumn/fall. The leaves are changing color beautifully and a kind of calm comes into nature.

Not the huzzing and buzzing from creatures in the garden. Our bees are ready for winter.

Procrastination is a strange thing and it really is my middle name! I might have mentioned that I have done a DISC profile with Take Flight Learning and that I am a certified trainer.

Excitement in the Apiary

It was on Saturday morning when I got out to my bees. When bees swarm it is often the case (they say) that the bees are “gathering” against the front of the hive and then swarm.

Something is up!

The last three days I have been spending with my friend Anna. I have wanted for a couple of years, yes you read that right, to sew myself some wrap dresses. Have had the fabric in the house for ages and now it was happening.
